Buying a home rarely begins with a site visit.
It begins with a conversation—about the location, the developer, the neighbourhood, the future of the area, and whether a place truly feels right. Those conversations are often the foundation of every home-buying decision.
We had the pleasure of participating in the TV9 Sweet Home Property Expo 2026, held on 25 and 26 July at the HITEX Exhibition Centre, Hyderabad, where we welcomed homebuyers, investors, families, and industry professionals to experience Eeshanya Infra and explore Miliarium, our premium residential development in Kollur.
Over the two-day event, our team interacted with more than 200 visitors at our stall. Some were looking for their first home. Others were exploring premium residential communities, comparing projects, or learning more about the growth of the Kollur–Velimela corridor. Many visitors were specifically interested in 3 BHK apartments in Kollur, while others wanted to understand what makes the location a promising place to live over the long term.
Every conversation was different, but each one gave us a deeper understanding of what today's homebuyers value most—clarity, transparency, and confidence before making one of life's most important decisions.
One of the highlights of the event was the visit of Shri Ponguleti Srinivasa Reddy Garu, Hon'ble Minister for Revenue, Housing, Information & Public Relations, Government of Telangana, who attended the expo as the Chief Guest. During his visit to our stall, he interacted with our team and shared insights into the government's ongoing initiatives and policies aimed at supporting the continued growth of Telangana's real estate sector.
The expo also gave visitors an opportunity to experience Miliarium beyond brochures and advertisements. They explored the project, understood the master plan, discussed the location, and interacted directly with our sales team to gain a clearer understanding of the community and the lifestyle it offers.

For us, the two days were never just about the number of visitors. They were about the conversations we shared, the relationships we began, and the confidence with which people left our stall.
